Artemisia

Artemisia “Powis Castle”

This little tank of a plant should be on everyone’s Xeriscape design! Artemisia is has plenty of uses; its very drought tolerant evergreen and is excellent for xeriscaping. The plant is also particularly deer resistant and has non existent maintenance. We install it in our xeriscapes as a low-mid layer and a backdrop for more colorful elements. Its graceful silvery foliage really complements other colors and make them pop. We love using this hardy plant wherever a touch of evergreen is needed. Perfect!
